As a result of the public’s desire for a more diverse menu, together with the ever-changing mix of high street restaurants, we have developed a range of products over the last year to complement these new requirements.
One of the products enjoying a resurgence in demand is goat. We have successfully developed in conjunction with our customers and suppliers and brought to market a selection of bone in and boneless goat primals as well as further processed “ready for the pot” cuts.
All of which are proving to be very popular with our customers.
