Towers Thompson Seafood
Towers Thompson Seafood (TT Seafood) is the Towers Thompson Group’s UK Seafood division. This office was established in April 2010 to complement the Group’s existing German seafood office, Rassau Seafood.
TT Seafood is located in modern offices close to Grimsby. We have a highly motivated and experienced team who are ideally placed to take advantage of a growing demand for top quality imported seafood. Our objective is to become a leader in the import and distribution of frozen seafood into the UK and European markets.
Product Portfolio
We are continually expanding our existing product portfolio. Our current range of products includes cod, haddock, plaice, pangasius, yellow fin sole, squid, salmon and prawns.
We have agreements in place with key suppliers located in Murmansk for top quality single frozen IQF fish fillets and portions. We also have similar agreements in place for product from Holland, Poland, China and Vietnam. Our quality control team is permanently in place overseeing the production of the numerous containers which are destined for the UK and European markets.

Towers-Thompson Seafood Ltd. are committed to sourcing their Seafood from sustainable sources. Together with our German sister company, Rassau, we are proud to uphold the chain of custody that enables us to use the MSC logo. Our Norwegian Cod , South African Hake and Alaskan Pollack on whitefish and of course our range of Alaskan Salmon all bear the MSC logo. We have adopted the same strategy in our buying policy in all other areas . In addition, our Russian sourced Cod and Haddock are from the strictly managed quota of their inshore fishery in the waters of the Barent Sea and they land the fish directly into our factories in Murmansk
