| Cut from a 7 bone pistola - remove a 4 bone rib. |
| Taking a boneless forerib, remove the overlying CAP muscle |
| including the secondary CAP muscle. |
| The resulting flap of muscle is removed to ensure the remainder |
| is firmly attached to the main eye muscle. |
| Both ends must be square cut. |
| Use By: +35 days - Standard. |
