Founded and operated by some of Canada’s leading ranchers and cattlemen, Canada Gold Beef is dedicated to producing and supplying the best grain fed beef in the world.
Canada Gold Beef is juicy, tender beef with exceptional marbling. The cattle are finished on a diet of pure prairie barley grain for over 100 days which produces beef with excellent marbling and firm white fat. It is the marbling which gives the beef its flavour, juiciness and tenderness.
Canada Gold Beef is produced primarily from the famous British breeds of cattle , with a high percentage of Angus. The beef is officially graded AA or higher by an independent government controlled grading agency.
CGB is owned by producers and cattlemen who control the supply and production of CGB Beef from the ranch to your plate.
World Class Standards
CGB sold in Europe complies with all EU requirements and is cut to EU specifications. It is hormone free and is governed by the CFIA (Canadian Food Inspection Agency).
In addition to EU and CFIA requirements, CGB has developed its own production and traceability system that has been independently judged as one of the best in the world. CGB’s production system includes world class animal welfare and environmental procedures and protocols.
